Answers to partner program questions: partnership tiers and entry conditions, deposit requirements, certifications, exclusive territory rights and rebate policy.
What is the rebate policy?
Entry: 1%-1.5% of annual sales. Intermediate: 2% annual + over-target bonus. Senior: 3% annual + 0.5% over-target + annual dividend.
Can I get exclusive territory rights?
Senior partners enjoy regional exclusive agency and private-mold customization. If annual purchase exceeds $10M, we grant exclusive sales rights for that country.
Do you provide certifications for my market?
Yes. Intermediate and Senior partners receive free CE/FSC certifications to support customs clearance and local sales compliance.
Is a deposit required to join?
No deposit for the Entry tier. Intermediate partners pay a $30K deposit and Senior partners a $200K deposit, which secures your tier benefits such as warehousing support and exclusivity.
What are the partnership tiers and entry conditions?
We have three tiers. Entry: annual purchase $50K-$200K, first trial order >= $10K. Intermediate: $200K-$1M, local basic warehousing and a $30K deposit. Senior: $1M+, own warehousing & distribution network and a $200K deposit.
